This has become one of the best selling game guides, and for good reasons. It contains both Sims 2 and the expansion pack Sims 2 University and is almost 500 pages in length.

The guide provides pictures for many of the instances in the game, and they help a lot -- you know the saying, "A picture is worth a thousand words". The index is a life saver, and the lists of objects, social interaction points, career requirements, class schedules and grade requirements are essential to have at your fingertips. The guide also provides "Tips" to successful playing and believe me -- you could easily miss them on your own. The instruction pamphlet that comes with the game is 18 pages, which will get you up to installing the game, and a page on the "New Stuff". For real enjoyment and to get all the fun things that Maxis thought up for you -- get the strategy guide.
